By accessing or using the Dungeons NOT Dating mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription options. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Safety and Community Standards

Dungeons NOT Dating is committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates our community standards, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Dungeons NOT Dating and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dungeons NOT Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
