Rachel Dove, CEO of Dungeons Not Dating
Rachel Dove is a Colorado-based entrepreneur, storyteller, and advocate for inclusive gaming communities. She is the founder of Dungeons Not Dating, a first-of-its-kind platform that connects Dungeons & Dragons players through shared values, playstyles, and creative interests, helping adventurers find their next campaign and forge lasting friendships.
Before launching Dungeons Not Dating, Rachel spent years working as a stockbroker in corporate America, where she honed her business acumen and leadership skills. Seeking a more creative and purpose-driven path, she completed a Full-Stack Coding Bootcamp, merging her passion for storytelling with her newfound love of technology. That blend of business strategy, technical expertise, and creative vision became the foundation for her mission to make tabletop gaming more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
Rachel’s innovative approach to community building earned her 2nd place out of 100 companies on The Blox Season 17, where she was recognized for her leadership, authenticity, and commitment to positive social impact.
A lifelong gamer and passionate writer, Rachel is also the author of the upcoming YA fantasy trilogy Probably Dangerous: Adventures in Astrivell, a story that celebrates identity, found family, and the power of storytelling.
Her work and advocacy have been featured across multiple media outlets, and she continues to champion spaces where creativity, inclusion, and adventure thrive, both at the gaming table and beyond.
